End of 2019 I decided to leave Switzerland and to settle, al least for a few years, in Thailand.
Even if I am retired, and thus licensed to chill out, I told myself that it would be a good idea to have a project, a creative one if possible.
So I bought a cheap camera, got familiar with a video editing software and created a Youtube account and this website.
Now I just have to make videos and blog posts, discover Thailand and other countries and… talk about it. Easy right?
I made the bet, a bit of a crazy one, to do this in 2 languages: French my mother tongue, and English which I know by my career in IT, where we often jargon in English, but where I clearly have gaps.
Multilingualism’a assessment in 12 to 24 months!
A lot of work so, but we’ll see if I can manage to fit it all between 2 margaritas!
Hank G tv, what is it all about?
It mainly talks about my retirement life in Thailand.
About my travels too, in Thailand and elsewhere in the world.
I will also address the problems inherent to my new status as a foreign resident in Thailand: visa and other administrative procedures.
Even if these 3 topics will be the backbone of the chain, I will not hesitate to make inroads in other areas if I wants to, or if you ask me.
And where can I see / read you?
The usual suspects:
On some social networks I have a channel in French and another in English.
This is the case for Youtube and Facebook.
For Twitter and Instagram, only one channel which will probably be in Frenglish 🙂
